Manjari joined Amadeus in 2021 as a Partner in the Early-Stage Fund. Her investment focus is on AI, Robotics and Quantum Technologies. She is the Amadeus representative on several boards including Ravelin, NuQuantum, Seldon, and Tenzo.
Manjari started her career in academia as a researcher and college lecturer at Oxford University, later moving to technology transfer at the University where she was responsible for commercialising intellectual property. Manjari then worked at IP Group plc, managing technology investments from deal origination to exit. She was responsible for the trade sale of TheySayLtd (emotional AI acquired by Aptean), secondary share sale exit in ConcirrusLtd (AI in InsureTech), and sourcing and working with the founding team to build Quantum Motion Ltd (Quantum Computing in Silicon). Manjari created and led IP Group’s Quantum Technologies investment strategy, setting up an initial £12m accelerator fund in partnership with Innovate UK.
Manjari is on the Strategic Advisory Board that advises the UK Government’s National Quantum Technologies Programme. She is a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Enterprise Hub Committee, a mentor for Creative Destruction Labs and a Kauffman Fellow of Class 28.
Manjari holds a PhD from the University of Oxford in Machine Learning and Autonomous Vehicles, which she did on a Rhodes Scholarship. As part of her PhD, she completed an Internship at Google (now Alphabet) and has a BE in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Madras. She is fluent in English, Tamil, Hindi and beginner’s Japanese.

Kris has a PhD from the University of Oxford, where he invented the quantum memory technology behind the quantum AI company ORCA Computing. Ingrid Romijn holds a PhD in physics and is passionate about using technology to solve real societal challenges. She has previously worked at the TU Delft and QuTech as program manager and division coordinator of the quantum internet division. Before that, Ingrid worked at TNO as researcher, project lead and program manager on solar (PV) technology.

Louise and her team work to strengthen Denmark’s bilateral, regional and multilateral engagement on quantum.
Before commencing this role, Louise was posted at the Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union where she served as a Danish delegate to EU Council working groups which covered cyber-diplomacy, hybrid threats and new technologies.
She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark as a diplomat in 2017 and holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Aarhus University.

The United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres appointed Mr. Sameer Chauhan as the Director of the United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC) on 1 December 2019. As the head of the organization, he has the responsibility to lead all aspects of UNICC’s strategy and operations, to facilitate the provision of services to more than 100 Clients and Partner Organizations, to establish the UNICC strategy, to develop a biennial business plan and budget and to implement the approved plan. He is accountable to the UNICC Management Committee (MC) that governs the organization and represents the entire United Nations system.
Mr. Chauhan effectively led a strategic transformation of UNICC with the advice and backing of his board. This has allowed UNICC to become the preferred strategic digital partner for the whole UN system. The organization has successfully built capabilities in areas such as cybersecurity, data, AI, crypto and automation, as well as in key business areas like treasury, finance and HR. He started his career at UNICC in August 2015 in New York as Chief of Clients and Projects.
Mr. Chauhan has over twenty years of prior experience in the public and private sectors and an educational background in Computer Engineering and Computer Science. Before UNICC, Mr. Chauhan was the Head of Knowledge Management and Digital Marketing IT for Deutsche Bank (DB) Asset and Wealth Management. He played several roles at DB over eight years, including as the COO for an IT division of approximately 800 staff and as the product manager responsible for a multi-billion-dollar trading platform. Dr. Thierry Botter is a successful industry executive, and an expert in the area of quantum technologies. He is the Executive Director of the European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC), a pan-European industry association with nearly 200 members and affiliates dedicated to supporting and strengthening quantum companies on the global stage. He is also a long-standing contributor on quantum technologies at the World Economic Forum and serves as an advisor on various councils. Dr. Botter previously held several leadership positions at Airbus, including deputy-Head of Airbus’ cross-divisional Central Research and Technology organisation. He also served as a member of the first strategic advisory board for the European Commission’s Quantum Flagship. Dr. Botter holds a PhD in physics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Urbasi Sinha is a Professor at the Raman Research Institute (RRI) in Bangalore, India and a Canada Excellence Research Chair at the University of Calgary, Canada and is the cofounder of a deep tech quantum start-up, QuSyn Technologies. She heads the Quantum Information and Computing lab at RRI and is an associate faculty member at both IQC and Perimeter Institute, Canada. Sinha completed her PhD and M.Sc. in Physics at Cambridge University as a Gates Cambridge and Nehru-Chevening scholar respectively. Her research focuses on quantum information processing, secure quantum communication, and precision tests of quantum mechanics using single and entangled photons. Prof. Sinha has been associated with India’s National Quantum Mission (NQM) since its inception, first as a member of the core DPR committee and now as the lead PI for the Technology group working on a multi node quantum repeater network for entanglement distribution based quantum communication as a part of the Quantum Communications hub. She has also been appointed the NQM nodal point at the Open Quantum Institute in Geneva in addition to being an advisory board member for the same. Her recognitions include the Homi Bhabha Fellowship (2017), ICTP-ICO Gallieno Denardo Award (2018), and recognition among Asia’s Top 100 scientists (2019). She received the Simon’s Emmy Noether Fellowship at the Perimeter Institute (2020-2023) and led the winning team at the 2020 BRICS Future Skills Challenge in Quantum Technology. Recent honours include the ASSOCHAM Women in Cyber award (2021), SIES Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi National Eminence award (2023), a Distinguished International Associate award from the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK (2024), the Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar: Yuva Shanthi Swarup Bhatnagar award from the Indian government (2024) and the Gates Cambridge Impact Prize (2025).
